Malcolm Futhey won an appeal to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and had a $3 million jury verdict reinstated in favor of his client.  Malcolm had obtained a $3 million jury verdict for his client John Falls against Hanover American Insurance Company.   The district court then granted a post-trial motion for directed verdict by the insurer, setting aside the jury verdict in favor of Falls.  Malcolm then appealed to the Sixth Circuit that reversed the trial court’s order and reinstated Falls’ jury verdict in a published opinion.  Hanover American Insurance Company v. Tattooed Millionaire Entertainment, LLC, 974 F.3d 767 (6th Cir. 2020).
