Judge Rejects Silicon Valley Non-poaching Class Action Settlement as Too Low
A federal judge in California has just rejected a proposed settlement of a class action involving non-poaching of Silicon Valley employees by big tech companies because the $324.5 million settlement proposal was not high enough. The employees’ estimated damages are $3 billion and could be trebled if they win at trial.
